6 Shops To Introduce To Your Wardrobe If You Love Zara

Immediate, current, and affordable. These are some of the biggest selling points of your go-to chain, Zara. But that standby brand isn't the only retailer in the game that abides by that fashion-of-the-moment criteria. Sure, there's Topshop, COS, and & Other Stories, but there are also some lesser-known chains with a similar mission.

Ahead, we highlighted six of these shops from around the world, with details on each one's style personality, plus some of our favourite items. We promise you'll find something just as good as that asymmetrical Zara dress you bought last week.

From the H&M group comes Arket, the latest store introduced to us by the parent company of Cheap Monday, COS and Monki. A 'modern-day market' with a Scandinavian aesthetic, the brand offers menswear, womenswear, children's clothes, and homeware. Minimalist cuts, dreamy colours, and affordable prices, Arket has filled our wardrobes with everything from workplace two-pieces to cute kitchen decor.

Arket Fishtail Parka, £150, available at Arket.

Arket Oversized Cotton Poplin Blouse, £55, available at Arket.

Arket Sleeveless Wool Dress, £69, available at Arket.

Founded in 2015 by ASOS and Topshop former heavyweights, Finery has lined our wardrobes with contemporary-but-classic pieces since it first launched. If we're ever in need of a game-changing printed dress or solid but interesting pair of shoes, this is the site we hit first.

Finery Nedora Trousers, £349, available at Finery.

Finery Ashness Dress, £149, available at Finery.

Finery Stella Shoes, £99, available at Finery.

Uterqüe is Zara's lesser known, but equally on-trend younger sister. The brand's founding aim was making accessories a fundamental part of a woman’s wardrobe, using top quality fabrics and celebrating craftsmanship. We love their focus on sleek silhouettes, giving it a sophisticated edge. With a higher price point than it's fast fashion counterpart, Uterqüe is our pick for those investment wardrobe pieces.

Uterqüe Leather Biker Jacket, £980, available at Uterqüe.

Uterqüe Patent Leather High-Heel Court Shoes With Buckle Detail, £88, available at Uterqüe.

Uterqüe Open-Back Long Dress, £150, available at Uterqüe.

Weekday may seem hot off the press, but the brand has actually been around since 2002, despite only this year us Brits getting our hands on it. Weekday founders, Örjan Andersson and Adam Friber, honed their signature clean, Scandi style to create a line of denim-focused pieces inspired by street style.

Weekday Alan Romancer T-Shirt, £12, available at Weekday.

Weekday Meagan Faux Fur Jacket, £70, available at Weekday.

Weekday Seattle Great Black, £40, available at Weekday.

With Kate Moss' approval, Polish brand Reserved made a big entrance when it opened it's first UK store on Oxford Street in September. If the Balenciaga and Vetements price tags are out of reach, you'll love Reserved with its rock'n'roll mixed with street style aesthetic.

Reserved Plaid Dress, £24.99, available at Reserved.

Reserved Lacquered Ankle Boots, £34.99, available at Reserved.

Reserved Boyfriend Coat, £49.99, available at Reserved.

Designed by Haeni Kim, in collaboration with Campbell-Rey, Kitri offers well-cut, impeccably tailored, contemporary garments. The name comes from the lead female character in Don Quixote, launching online in March then opening a pop-up store on Thayer Street in Marylebone until 29th October.

Kitri Simone Silk Tie Waist Dress, £195, available at Kitri.

Kitri Irina Vintage Floral Print Top, £75, available at Kitri.

Kitri Devon button Collar Shirt, £69, available at Kitri.
